      Who Can Enroll?: All students and their families are invited.

       

      What: This is a structured program and can fit those in poor health or with physical impairments, age is not an issue. 

       

       When: Monday And Wednesday 6:00PM-7:00PM.

       

      Do you need experience?  No, all ages can enter this program 13 years old and up.

       

      Do You Use A Cane? Did you know your cane can become a comfortable Self Defense companion! 

             Equipment: All you need are flat shoes, or bare feet, and loose clothing.

       

      Who is the instructor?: Terry Adkinson, Terry has been training in Tai Chi  Chuan Since 1992. He pursues his continued education with a qualified instructor. Terry has an extensive background of training and study in various Gung Fu, Classical Weapons, Cane work and Chinese Internal Arts.
